Mission Statement

As the Marriage, Family, and Human Development Student Association, we affirm and support the family as "central to the creator's plan for the eternal destiny of his children." Consequently, we accept the responsibility to:

learn, teach, and "promote those measures designed to maintain and strengthen the family as the fundamental unit of society," and
serve others through activities that are "spiritually strengthening, intellectually challenging, character building, [and lead] to lifelong learning and service" (The Mission of Brigham Young University and the Aims of a BYU Education, page 3)
